  What Our Clients Are Saying

Many NPD clients are familiar with our recent “Operation Simplify: Solution Folders 3.0” initiative, which resulted in significant enhancements to the Web sites many of our clients use to access their NPD data. We’ve heard much positive feedback about the initiative and thought we’d share some of the comments with NPD Insights readers.

Just wanted to send you a quick note to say "Thank You!" I love the new Web site . . . I was asked to prepare some monthly trending charts for the Bra category by brand across Deptartment Store, Chain and Mass channels
($ Volume & Unit Volume). Normally I would have to go to PowerView run all of the data and then drop into Excel or PowerPoint to do a chart. This process I imagine could probably take a day or more for me to complete.

With the new Solution Folders, I was able to run the data and print the color copy in a matter of minutes . . . This is going to be great for the Marketing & Sales folks who want a chart quickly. I also think the Web site is much cleaner and more user friendly. I like the structure of the Report Finder and I know I will get a lot of use out of the My Favorites section for setting up views for marketing and sales.
Thank you NPD!

I just wanted to tell you that the new version of Solution Folders is vastly improved over the old one. It's actually much easier to use. When you visit later this month, we should consider a plan to roll it out to more users at Reebok.

Just a note to say I love the new interface on [NPD] Funworld.

I took a look at the site yesterday. Can't wait to start using it . . . seems much easier to get around the different types of reports.

Just wanted to give you some feedback on the recent updates on your Web site . . . the changes to the Welcome page after I've logged in, especially the addition of the "My Recent Reports" section, have greatly improved the usability of the site for me. . .
Thanks,
